Returns

  1. We can only accept returns of items supplied by our distributor, Ingram Publisher Services (see below). For all other returns you must contact the retailer where you purchased your item.
  2. You have the right to cancel your order and return the item(s) you have purchased up to 14 days after you receive them.
  3. If you wish to cancel an order you have placed you must contact our Customer Care Team (IPSUK.Customercare@ingramcontent.com) immediately to ascertain whether the items have been despatched or not. Where they have been despatched, you will need to return the item(s) to us at your own cost.
  4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  5. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase including your order number. Orders are supplied by our distributor and returns should be sent together with your proof of purchase to:

  1. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  2. Where items have not been dispatched prior to a cancellation request or where the items have not been delivered for reasons beyond our control, our refund policy will apply.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received by our distributor and approved by us, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your method of payment as soon as is reasonably practicable.
  2. Any shipping costs that you have paid to us as part of your order are non-refundable if you have received the items you ordered.
  3. Refunds can take several days to be processed and to appear in your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company.
  4. If you have done this and you have not received your refund within ten working days, please contact us at IPSUK.Customercare@ingramcontent.com.

Exchanges

  1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with the details at IPSUK.Customercare@ingramcontent.com in the first instance.
