Returns
- We can only accept returns of items supplied by our distributor, Ingram Publisher Services (see below). For all other returns you must contact the retailer where you purchased your item.
- You have the right to cancel your order and return the item(s) you have purchased up to 14 days after you receive them.
- If you wish to cancel an order you have placed you must contact our Customer Care Team (IPSUK.Customercare@ingramcontent.com) immediately to ascertain whether the items have been despatched or not. Where they have been despatched, you will need to return the item(s) to us at your own cost.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase including your order number. Orders are supplied by our distributor and returns should be sent together with your proof of purchase to:

- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Where items have not been dispatched prior to a cancellation request or where the items have not been delivered for reasons beyond our control, our refund policy will apply.
Refunds
- Once your return is received by our distributor and approved by us, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your method of payment as soon as is reasonably practicable.
- Any shipping costs that you have paid to us as part of your order are non-refundable if you have received the items you ordered.
- Refunds can take several days to be processed and to appear in your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company.
- If you have done this and you have not received your refund within ten working days, please contact us at IPSUK.Customercare@ingramcontent.com.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with the details at IPSUK.Customercare@ingramcontent.com in the first instance.
